So what do you do when you have a car pretty much done and don't want a modern side wall?
Find a company that makes custom letters for your tires. These are commonly used on restomods
as well to give the car an authentic look.

@Moparo Custom lettering on a tire?? They're cast molded onto the tire?? I've never heard of that before!! Interesting ... which company does that kind of work?? Thanks.
Cheers!
Tom

Tis' better to have owned classic Mopars and lost than to have never owned at all (apologies to Alfred Lord Tennyson)

I really like the color, and it's a Hemi 4-speed so who cares anyway, but it looks kinda "creamy". Not sure if it is just the pics or is this different from a "pure white"? Again, gorgeous but just curious/learning.

Look like BFG Radial TA.
Agreed, sure looks like that tread pattern.

They are precut letters and are glued on the tire. Pretty easy to install.

70 white is not pure white.

So, no build sheet then?

All serious inquiries about the car are to be done through PMs as stated in the ad.

Another great job on an awesome car!
Funny how some people get hung up on some details that really don't matter on a car like this.

Can they not see by the incredible body line? I have seen this car in person and can attest to the fact you will not find many with a better body and it has the numbers matching Hemi engine to answer the most common question keyboard riders get hung up on.

This REAL Hemi Cuda was built to the owner's specifications and Mauro executed another incredible result. The colour may seen 'off' but that is the 1970 EW1 which is not a bright white like GW3 the 1971 Snow White. If you ever see a white 70 Mopar against a71 Mopar you will easily see the difference. You need sunglasses to look at a 71 GW3 car that is painted correctly. JAMHIK

The tire issue is mute. In fact, it offers a great solution to those of us that would prefer to drive our cars on a radial tire as opposed to the Polyglas belted hockey pucks. I have been holding off buying 'driver' tires for a few of my cars as I want the Polyglas look but not the ride.

Congratulations Mauro and hope you find a sale for this awesome Cuda.

Thanks Rick. You had a first hand look at this build as it was beside your Hemi challenger in Davies during the paint process. Definitely the 70 white is far from pure white. The 71 is much brighter and a high impact colour. The tires really do add a great solution to guys that want to drive on radials but not lose the look of the original tire. Especially when you cannot buy a polyglas GT radial.

I was just having this conversation with my 70 Charger resto-mod owner....he wants white...and I am trying to sell him on the 1971 white
