My 70 R/T Challenger has HRT5 Interior--Here are some shots-before and after. I know there is a 70 Hemi Cuda Conv--Black with a Saddle Tan and I know of a 70 T/A that is Beige with a Saddle Tan. They are rare but there are a few out there.

My son's 71 Challenger 318 car came with a few faded brown parts inside.   I also a light tan/yellow color piece that someone painted black that I cannot remember where it came from. Not chalky but I cannot figure out how to remove the black. I'm cleaning out my shop to get some order and room and will be tossing them out. Faded.

Here's a picture from a different car with the same H6T7 Tan interior.  As Alan mentioned this is the correct '71 style just like that shown on BS23R1B316900 from the Ebay ad, but is different from the tan seats in 1970.  The car in my picture is of survivor BS23R1B374476, so what you are looking at here is the original factory seat out of another GK6/H6T7 Hemicuda 4-speed.  Strangely, there's also a third one of these cars around, BS23R1B195274, which is also a '71 Hemicuda GK6/H6T7 4-speed, so this seems to have been a somewhat popular color choice back in 1971.

Is your dash pad the darker brown color?

You can use lacquer thinner on e-body door and kick panels with no harmful results. I've done it, and it works great. Put it on a rag and wipe. I don't think I'd soak the parts in it though. Long enough soaking and you may wind up with jelly... :D

Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest it was my car.  I took these pictures when this survivor car BS23R1B374476 came out to our local Mopar show a couple years ago.  At that time it was still owned by its original owner, and I took a bunch of pictures of it.  Here's a pic of the dash pad.

This BS23R1B316900 Looks a lot like the T7 on the BS23R1B374476.

I think member on here @quapman  ( Steve that sells the Auto-grip) has or had a 70 T/A with tan interior. No idea if he still has it?

No I believe the 71-Saddle Tan was a darker brown. I could be wrong but from what I have seen  71 's were darker.

Ok, so darker in 71.  Close in color but darker.   thanks

Is this color in 71 the same as the colors available on B bodies?
did B bodies have more color options available?

The best way I've found to remove paint from interior panels is to use Easy Off Oven Cleaner, the lye should remove the paint without damaging the plastic

My T/A is FT6, but has a black interior. I had an FT6 JS29 20 years ago with the HRT5 interior. Super rare... wish I still had it.
