1973 Dodge Challenger 318 auto Survivor Car

  Nice Challenger. So what criteria is used to determine if a car is a true survivor. This car has been repainted and I would assume any body work taken care of. Interior needs repair. Belts, hoses, etc replaced. Just thinking.

Looks like the original color was JY3(light gold) and it was changed to yellow.  Look at the paint in the engine compartment.  Yellow overspray on the door latches, front and rear bumper fillers.  Tail panel painted wrong.

How many cars were built at Hamtramck in a month.  My car was built a month before this car.  My sequence # is 159XXX but this car is 251188.  Almost 92K above mine.

Some people figure if a 47 year old car is still around, then it must have "survived"  :alan2cents: :haha:
