 Looks like a decent driver

IIRC this car came out of Colorado and changed hands at the '96 or '97 Nats in Indy

I agree: This looks like a fun driver if the price is right.

What's with the pieces of tape or stripe material at each end of the 340 hood emblem?  Also looks like painted over tape on the rockers by the corner of the door which is odd.  Lower quarters look crusty, and rear axle is leaking.  Nice looking car but would need to be priced right as it needs some attention to be decent.

No doubt in my mind that tape is covering holes in the wrong spot.

It has tape over rust holes and then a paint job slapped on. I bet it's crusty.

Yeah that car looks like a 20 or 30 footer. Looks great at first glance but its pretty rough when you start looking at the closer pictures and I'll bet the worst spots aren't shown.

I like the R/T emblem hot glued on the trunk.

That thing is a money pit.  Body is looking bad.  Bondo city.  Chrome isn't even attemped to be polished.

It is a C code Challenger with the 340 engine and 4 speed added. Not a true A66. Nice car though :driving:

That place is near me. That convertible is for sale for $57,500 on there site.  They usually have a lot of over priced stuff.  Also, a lot of junk.   If a person can't sell a car for a while they take it there.  My friend took a truck there and they put for about $20k more than he was asking.  No sale after a while and he took it back.   The place is an old mall that shut down and they put all the cars for sale in all the stores pretty cool concept.  They have an annual swap meet there outside and inside.  I took time to look at the cars.  Out of about 150 cars or so only a very few were reasonably priced and 80% were rough in one way or another and that is without starting them up!

Well, one thing they do right is supplying photos including that which needs attention!  I just bought a 70 Challenger 318/Auto Convertible in EB5 with white top and interior for $45k and mine is in a lot better condition than this one.  I would say at minimum this one needs a fair about of body work along with rust prevention on the undercarriage and a new paint job.  Looking at least  $20k to pull that off.  The 340/4 speed adds value, although a hot black interior is not a favorite of all vert buyers.  Could possibly get the $55k for it once done which by my math means its worth around $35k at best in current condition.
