  Not mine but just down the road a ways. G1B so it would be a tribute/clone. Interesting colors, looks very nice. What are clones worth?

I've often wondered why the seller doesn't mention what rear end and type transmission the car now has. By the vin this Challenger left the factory with a 318, 904  LA transmission and 7-1/4" rear end.. Now it has a 340. There is no mention he upgraded to a 8-3/4" rear end or 727 transmission. Will the 318 drive train hold up to a 340 V8 without upgrades?

Husk Challenger

Nice car!

First time i see a Challenger RT Six pak. Sometimes we need to make a choice ...  :bigthumb:
Challenger 73' 383ci 4spd ---> SOLD
Challenger 71' 318 904 RT clone ---> Stroker 318/392 Tf 727!

Very good question. If the 904 is still there will it hold up. I like the interrior but the 340 six pack stickers kind of turned me off. :stop: That may be an easy fix though.

RUNCHARGER

Decent looking car. That cyclops speedo would be the first thing to go.

Maybe I am just an ebodies nut, but I like this one.  Little odd choice of wheels and six pack stickers as the rest if the car is more OEM or trying to be OEM if that makes sense.

Could you not get a 340 in 1972 with an A904? I think at stock levels it would hold up.
Someday I will have a J0b.

I don't read anywhere in the ad where it says the car has a 340 ? For all we know he stuck a 340 six pack on top of a 318 and painted it orange :dunno:

Looks like he bought somebodies 318 Challenger baby, that was left original and well cared for all it's life, then stuck a bunch of crap on it to make it look like a "muscle car"  :looney:
