Yes.  The air intake is on the front left for the 392, so it may be a challenge to get the shaker to be functional without a different intake manifold.

You could start with something like this, then modify it to fit your hood.

I like this one also in that it eliminates the cone filter that would impact the OEM battery area. Big plus no real modifications needed.
Makes it look more retro while being functional.
