Projects aren't cheap anymore but this one might be a decent entry price for a fun little project. Apple Valley is desert so it could be fairly rust free.

No engine, no trans..... that is sounds like a perfect candidate for a Gen III swap!

Looks like a clean body...The headlight bezels appear to be in good shape believe it or not those bezels are the hardest part of that car to find in good shape...
