Triple red 4-speed, elastomeric bumpers, rallye dash, looks to have a big block in it now but otherwise pretty much all there?  That won't last long if it's legit.

Yup - it`s either a scam or will be sold fast, wish I had the $25k.

No T/A engine, hard to say how solid it is. I wouldn't jump at it with parts and bodyshop costs these days. I probably wouldn't use any of the parts in the photos, wrong air cleaner lid. Maybe 2 AAR hoods though? Perfect option package however. It's really getting hard to restore these cars correctly.

Well, the debate is over.
Too cheap on the front side, exspensive on the complete side.
 But its marked sold, so...

Most of these cars are too expensive to restore if you pay a shop and you will be upside down when down. I could have done that car for under $40k (if I had the $25k + 40k) to a nice driver quality car. I`ve seen other similar AAR and T/A projects for $40-50k so I knew that one would sell fast.

For $40k? Do you have a correct T/A engine all rebuilt ready to go in the car? Oil pan to carbs to exhaust? Also a set of dated coded 15X7 rally rims read to go on it?
Not trying to be a dick here, I love the car and I hope it gets done to the highest standard. I do all my own work and you have really to love the cars to do this one or have enough money that taking a $50k hit in the pocketbook doesn't bother you.
If you don't finish the car to the highest level everyone will poo, poo it and tell you that it is wrong.
If you do finish the car to the highest level everyone will poo, poo it because it isn't matching #'s and probably has no build sheet.
The car would be right for a guy that had a correct engine sitting waiting for a project. Hopefully that happened. I wrote that "I wouldn't jump at it" and I absolutely stand by that statement.

I guess you missed the part where I said "nice driver quality"? I would take my spare `72 340 block and use it with J, X or aluminum heads with a six barrel and make it look fairly stock but not worry about numbers, date codes or factory correct parts. I could care less about anyone "poo pooing" about MY car that I built.

And I wouldn't put Rallyes on it if you paid me!

If it's a scam I hope the buyer gets their deposit back. Triple red is toooo... much red for me.

$25,000 for everything pictured.
Not original motor. Don't know what is in it now or any history on it. Interior is complete but in very bad condition. Body and floor are solid.

The car is scheduled to be picked up on Saturday.

It was a real car.
