Ahhhh where's the body side moldings ?

Lol Alan I attached the tag for the wrong purple car by mistake. He sent me both. The correct tag is in my post now.

Was anyone here at Glendale and got to give it a close look?
It's hard to discern much about its quality from the pictures. It might have sold for a bargain or been a rip off depending on how well the car was done, was it #s, paperwork and documentation?
Besides the white hockey stripes, the only things I see clearly wrong are the master cylinder and the '69-back silver decal on the front drivers door frame that shouldn't be on a '70. I don't see the "hemi fender" tag, which isn't wrong if it's an early build car.

What is considered an early build car? The SPD is B22 or Nov 22 1969

Thanks !

That car was really rough when I bought it. When I brought it back to life there was no good sheetmetal available. I imagine it has been redone with AMD now hopefully. All the original powertrain was gone. I added the rally cluster and it was a steel wheel car, no radio car. I used an NOS K-member as it had a V8 K-member and a junk 318 in it when I acquired it, I think the original T-bars were there but I added MP rear springs and the rear leafs had a welded (!) main leaf.
As I said though that was 20 years ago and it's obviously been worked over again since then.

I'be heard when before, but don't remember off the top of my head when the "HEMI FENDER" tag first started being used, I think it was mid model year, maybe late fall of 69 or early winter.  So that car is probably correct not having that tag.

RUNCHARGER

It didn't have the Hemi Fender tag, There were no holes drilled in the apron for it. I have a pencil rubbing of the fender tag somewhere but I'm pretty sure the tag on it is the original one and not a repop by the looks of it. The car didn't have the original seats in it when I bought it and no buildsheets.
