http://[/img][/img][/img][/img][/img]1970 Dodge Challenger R/T.  It's the real deal.  Numbers matching panels.  Car has not been wrecked or salvaged.  Priced is $20,500.00.  Built in LA, this has always been a West Coast car.  Body condition reflects this.  Surface rust present but no big issues inside or out.  383 is not the original.  727 automatic transmission.  Transmission tunnel was cut by a previous owner to convert to manual.  Automatic is still with car.  Car is a roller, steering hooked up, the frame rails and floor appear intact and rigid.  Extra left front quarter panel and driver door included.  Rally cluster dash.  Most trim and hardware in trunk and separate boxes.  Original grill and bumpers included.  All body panels are original.  Kick panels and door panels included and in pretty good shape.  Lots of parts and hardware in boxes, including wiring harnesses... grouped but will still have to be sorted.  Bucket seats and rear bench are original.  Seats were once reupholstered, but not to stock.

Car is in northern Utah.

For pick up only.

I am downsizing.  No swaps or trades

Thanks for posting the photos. The sheetmetal looks pretty nice, the A/C is a no-go for me though. You should have no problem selling it.

Thanks for the reply.  The price is $20,500.

I think your appraisal of the metal work is fair.  The car has always been in the west and most likely in an arid state.

Nice. That'll sell. Only real issue is the sail panels. There's trouble brewing underneath, but no hill for a climber. Very nice car.

Yeah, soon as I see just one bubble in the paint it's enough to make my preference the OP's car. OP's car is an R/T too which trumps SE especially with a rallye dash that's in place where it should be. They're probably equal value for the difference in asking price I suppose.

Here's what $20K CDN gets you https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/markham-york-region/1970-challenger/1665828037?cid=7a2bed36-c4e0-4b46-8132-13640d3e4bfa

I was thinking of looking at this car, talked to the seller, but the whole interior is missing, no drivetrain, what you see is basically what you get.  I started adding up the cost to find all the required pieces, then I said forget it, way too much, these project cars are all overpriced, when is it going to end
