This one might be a scam

This car popped up on Marketplace here in Ontario but my conversation with the guy didn't go well. I'm thinking this guy could be a scam.

I tried buy a old, non digital or circuit board washing machine off craigslist.
 After a week,  with several emails through craigslist,  they responded,  thru craigslist. Even though I gave them my phone and email.
 It was a 1 hr drive to go get it, and they refused to call or text, wanted me to drive to the area and email them through craigslist for directions.  Of course every communication had an hr lag.  They responded that I was being difficult,  and to forget it.
 
 That could be a 318, or junk, or...
No title.  Their looking for a fish, you it? It's been talked about before.
