WANTED: 1970 Plymouth 'cuda

I am looking to buy a 1970 Plymouth `cuda. I'm located in the San Francisco area, and have a few wants for the vehicle:
1. Not a convertible
2. Real `cuda, numbers matching preferred but will consider NOM as long as it is "correct"
3. Light rust is okay, but nothing that has eaten away at the metal to form holes or crust.
4. High impact color
5. No body damage preferred. If there is body damage, I'd rather it be unrepaired than have body filler.
6. Documentation

Looking to spend 70k max. Depends on condition of course.

Thanks! I think I'd consider automatic trans as well. Don't really care too much about that as long as it is original to the car.

Bumping this because, unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to get the AAR I posted about. The owner is not happy with the motor in it, and is taking it out to investigate. Second time this has happened so not sure how long it will take until it's ready.
