Here's a very popular Data book!  The 1971 Dodge Data Book!!!   :lookatthat:   Better bookmark the reference page or download it and save it to your hard drive as you'll surely going to want to check this one out.  So many cool options that year!  Wish I could upload the smell and share it as part of the experience.  The whole time I'm scanning this one today it's taking me back to the 70's with the original smell of this book.

Here's the updated link to our Reference Library:

Notice the Tuff Wheel option displayed amongst the Challenger options.
It refers to Charger so perhaps Chrysler was planning to offer it on E bodies
then deleted the option at the last minute?
Anyone ever seen the S84 code on a Challenger/Cuda buildsheet?

IIRC the "TUFF" wheel was originally designed for the quick ratio power steering 1970 A53 "TRANS AM" cars, sort of ODD that it was never a factory e-body OPTION.

I had one is a 71 340 Super Bee, have never seen one on an E-Body with supporting documentation. Many put them in, as they are cool!

It's hard for me to imagine buying a car without the internet.  But back in the day these Data books must have been a huge help to a lot of customers.  If this book could only talk and tell us how many customers sat down and chose a Hemi, 6 pack, 4 speed or shaker right from the pages in that exact book.   :D
