1972-74 Barracuda Body/Tail Light Harness differences

I have another harness question for the great minds here.
The Service Manual calls for P/N 3588269 as the Tail Light Harness for 1972 Barracuda.
Same manual calls for P/N 3588868 at the Tail Light Harness for 1973/74 Barracuda.
I see aftermarket harnesses available for each specific year and some houses selling one harness for the entire 1972-74 range. Something doesn't add up.
Does anyone know the difference between the two: 3588269(72) and 3588868(73/74)?
