3 speaker dash question

Let's try again,
Question is not regarding the dash frame.
Question is about the metal support framework inside the padding.
I asked, because if this 3 speaker (pad inner structure) is different because of the added holes. Or is every one the same regardless of 1 or 3 speakers.

The metal support framework inside the padding is definitely different if the pad is a 1 speaker vs a 3 speaker. A long long time ago I had both types of OEM pads in my possession at the same time. One was from my car (AM radio) and one was from a '70 Gran Coupe in a bone yard that had a AM/FM stereo.

EDIT: Currently there's a single speaker '71 - '74 pad (nameplate not script) on eBay and there are no outboard speaker holes.
