The rear carb on my Cuda is leaking due to stripped threads on fuel bowl. Where can I get a new fuel bowl for the outboard carbs?

Thanks

Cuda Cody

Check with @ScottSmith_Harms   He's the six pack carb king.

A very common issue, good luck.

I don't have any to sell but you can buy a new bowl direct from the Holley Custom Shop or one of their vendors like Chicago Corvette. If you have vintage carbs be aware that the script cast into them is a little different on the new ones as compared to vintage carbs. If you need help with a complete restoration I'd be glad to help you,

Cheers,
Scott

Thank you, I'll check them out. Not worried about numbers at this time.

Update: ordered 2 outboard carb fuel bowls, inlet nuts and gaskets from Allstate Carburetor in New York. They also will fix the bowl that has stripped inlet threads. Hopefully all turns out good!
Thanks

I am glad you found another source for them also  :bigthumb:

Tricky threads to repair. Take some photos when it gets back so we can see.

Parts came Friday, 2 fuel bowls ( front and rear ) 3 inlet fittings, accelerator pump and new bowl screws ( OE style ). Put new rear bowl and inlet fitting and new lines on today. Finally got everything just right to not leak! Next I'll send the used bowl to get repaired, hope it turns out okay. Allstate Carburetor had what I needed and are very knowledgeable, check them out at allcarbs.com
