‘74 Cuda badges

I don't know much about the '74 cars....... would a '74 Cuda have Barracuda badges on the front fenders? I'm pretty sure they aren't supposed to but I'm looking for an opinion from experts that know more than me.

@xx88man To the best of my memory all BS cars 70-74 only had the Barracuda badging on the dash-pad.

ALL 1970-74 "BS" Cudas were the same as far as "cuda" emblems were concerned.

One on the tail panel, location varies
One on each interior door panel.
Two on the hood that say CudaXXX

ALL 1970-74 "BS & BH" E Bodies had "Barracuda" on the dash pad.

ALL 1970-74 "BS & BH" E Bodies had Plymouth on the front end, location varies

Only 1971-74 "BS & BH" E Bodies had Plymouth on the tail panel, location varies

...and of course there's Garand Coupe emblems in 70-71 as well.

So the short answer is NO....your Cuda should not say Barracuda on the fenders.

My 74 has a "Barracuda" emblem on the rear quarters above the reflectors.

The A-Bodies had the Barracuda emblem on the fenders.

I think the late Barracudas had the Barracuda emblems on the sides all right, the lettering was more of a block style though. Not sure as I've never owned one but hopefully someone that owned a new one will reply. I seem to remember some on the quarters and some on the doors of the different years, don't know about the fenders.

Yes..they are on the quarters like stated, but we're talking about Cuda's or Cudas with incorrect Barracuda emblems.
