Anyone knows about this 'Cuda? BS23V0B178624

It was sold at Russo and Steele in 2008(?) for an unknown price, then at Auctions America in Sept 2016 for 60K
Nice B3 blue, the description doesn't mention if the drivetrain is original or much info.
It is for sale locally and a potential buyer has asked me to see if there was any backstory on it?

Looking at the fender tag, shouldn't that be an EB7 painted top and not black vinyl
