auction started last Wednesday - 4,000 cars in 11 days - everyone can't be auctioned on a "good" day at PRIMETIME

looks to be around 25% "the Bid Goes On" - all those wing cars this weekend are "NO RESERVE" - they will have a "SOLD" price

I'm trying to learn something here on the 71 Hemi Challenger. Dan states it's a 70 body and I believe him. I look at the trunk photos and it shows the shock upper bolt access covers are facing towards the rear like I expect on a later 71. The front inner fenders look like they can be a 70 (I can't tell for sure).  What is the part that shows it's a 70 body?

Yea, I agree about prime time....but you'd think the buyers earlier in the week would go to try and scoop some good deals...

What's your thought on so many wing cars at one auction ? I haven't counted recently, but what's it like 17 or something ?

That can't be a good way to maximize their sale price if they competing against one another ?

If there's 17 choices, there has to be at least 20 qualified buyers to draw up the prices, what if there's only 15 potential buyers ?

Thanks Dan. Good to know. I know the difference. It was something I didn't pay attention to.

Maybe the bidders didn't notice the 340 billboards on the sides and got confused by the 426Hemi license plate on the back.  :haha:

The black T/A has its 340 six-pak decals facing the wrong direction....  you'd think that would bring the value down... and the fuel filter line has the wrong type of hose clamps.

Probably  not.
