Copper washer here?

Am I supposed to have a copper washer where the brake hose goes into the brake caliper?  And if not, is it ok to?  I have some seepage here.  I've tightened it, loosened then tightened it, a bunch of times and it wont go away.

Yes, that does not look like a inverted flare fitting so one belongs there.  If that is a new line it should have come with one.

Yes on the copper washer. You can get them at any automotive store.

Not sure why I didnt put one there in the first place.  I dont think the hose came with one but I did have a couple laying around.
