I'm noticing a few here can narrow down actual build dates and even possibilities of which dealership the car went to. Care to take a stab?

VIN 1771XX.  @6bblgt  should be able to tell you what day it was built on.

That'd be a good start @Cuda Cody and @6bblgt   My wife was born on 11-5. I think she's secretly hoping   I'd like to learn how they're coming up with possible dealerships.

assembly line #2 at Hamtramck '70 was a-body all year & Challenger for the first half of the model year.  it has proven more difficult than line #1 to determine the build sequence, line #2 also produced more than twice the volume of line #1

I also do not have good information on how many shifts it took to build/assemble a typical car start to finish, which is why I state "In Plant/In Process", there is going to be a longer than 24hr. (> single date) period involved in the build of each and every car - at this point I am not sure whether the date I'm stating is "START", "FINISH" or somewhere in-between.

@7E-Bodies  your car is the earliest November car I have records for & I have one day unaccounted for that could be either October (Friday 10/31/69) or November (Monday 11/3/69)

given the above "excuses" - your R/T JS23U0B1771xx was on SCHEDULE and "In Plant/In Process" on 11/3/69 or 11/4/69 (& second shift on 11/4 would extend into the wee hours of 11/5)

:dunno:
