I don't drink anything in my car except water.  I put the cap back on and put it on the seat between me and the console.  No food or drink in my ride.  Heck, I don't even like food or drink in my daily driver.  And its an old Ford truck.

BTW, I once dropped a full Dairy Queen Blizzard upside down onto my buddies carpet in his 62 Chrysler 300.  I was mortified, and he will never let me forget.  Ever!!    :sorry:

I just hold it between my legs.  Easy access too ... like the other day I saw this idiot texting while driving, so I rolled down my window, pulled up next to him and threw my beer at his car.

Sounds like something I would do  :handshake: :haha:

Don't need a " Cup Holder " if you have a pony keg in the trunk piped to a concealed dispenser....  ;)

found this....

That's pretty neat.
I might have to try that.

70 consoles don't have that screw hole, but I was considering using a 71-74 top plate anyway.

No cup holder needed, this is how you do it. Sorry couldn't resist  :lurking:

Ok back on topic, I'm trying to find a post if I'm remembering right where a center console from a Dakota would work
That Dakota post was mine a few years back at school. Trying to find pic again to post up.

Spent more time looking for pic than taking a new one
Squeezes in snug between seats. For travel. Remove for show.
Dakota 4X I believe.

Less than $10 at Walmart or auto parts store and no cutting.
It slides between the seat and console and fits snug.

That's what I use. When not in use I slide it under the passenger's seat from the back.

That on will not work if you do not have a console

Something like this might work :notsure:
That's what I use minus the leather, mine is just plastic. Walmart I think, $10?
