E60 x 15 Tires Date codes

I have two tires, Goodyear RWL size E60x15 and I'm needing confirmation on the date codes please. Both tires are the same.

MBUC DLA324

MB = manufacturer plant - Goodyear AKRON Ohio plant #2
UC = size - E60-15
DLA = type - fiberglass belted w/rwl
324 = production date - 32nd week of 1974
