Yep. That's what I did when it over heated. I brought it in the garage, opened the hood, turned the pedistal fan towards the engine & let it run for for a few minutes.

I've spoken to Bob at the rad shop you guys recommended. He indicated the rad I have, which is from Classic Industries, will work good in most states. Az is not on the list of most states

More tuning will be done today & we'll see what that does for cooling. I'm still thinking shelling out the big garbonzos will be inevitable....Joe

Did you purchase the Glen Ray radiator?
Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.
You are the only one in charge of your destiny.

The radiator that was in the car was a US Radiator, sold by Classis Industries. I rec'd the new radiator from Bob at Glen-Ray. Once installed, the Glen Ray radiator took about 3/4 of a gallon more coolant. The last car show I went to was at Larry H. Miller Dodge, which is about 10 miles from my home. All stop & go driving through town. The temp gauge never went above 1/2 way, which is 200 degrees (measured). I will also note that it was 103 degrees in the shade when I left the house at 3pm. I would have to say what Bob sells even works in southern Arizona. He did build mine a little different because of where I live....Joe
