People look at me weird when I park half a car in covered storage but I too have an inability to leave them out in the elements no matter how bad they are. I once rented covered boat storage for a massive 1927 Walter snow fighter while it sat waiting for attention. Made the other tenants million dollar yachts not look so cool parked next to it

:iagree:  Is this one in a future story?

The FJ6(?) convertible was already in one of Ryans articles.  I look at MSN often when I'm bored at work (as I said, "often" :looney:), and I'll be pleased to run across one of his articles on MSN every couple weeks.  The cuda convertible was in one of his articles a couple weeks ago.  IIRC it was in MI, the owner had a '67 or '68 Coronet R/T in the driveway he was working on.  And several other interesting cars.  But at least he was working on his cars.
It's amazing what he runs across.  Even under my nose.  Recently he showed pictures of an EV2 T/A sitting chained down in a driveway less than 2 miles from my house!  I'd never heard of it before, but a Challenger owner friend of mine knows it but never had mentioned it to me.
There was a TX9 Mr Norms V code '70 Challenger sitting in a driveway for ages 2 miles west of me.  I had friends who'd stopped by and got the usual not for sale story.  The car was in front of a 2 car garage that my friends speculated was piled up with stored junk while the car rotted away outside.
The car finally got sold, it was displayed at a show here 6 or 7 years ago, all rusty with the remnants of a possum families nest under the hood.
Haven't seen it since but hopefully it's now restored or being restored.
Sometimes I think for every nice vintage ride you see, there are 3 or 4 like it rotting away somewhere.
Which provides plenty of material for Ryans future articles, and his barn finds section of MCACN, plus future work for guys like Alan!  :tool:

:iagree:  although I would speculate the ratio to actually be higher  :crying:
Cheers!

Tis' better to have owned classic Mopars and lost than to have never owned at all (apologies to Alfred Lord Tennyson)

The article is online already.  http://www.hotrod.com/articles/michigan-garage-find-gold/

It is a 340 car.

You never know what will pop up.  I have a long list of cars I can't show yet.  But when I do, oh boy.  Just goes to show that you never know what will pop up, and that there are still crazy cars out there to find.
