Having an issue with setting my "Toe In" on my Challenger

I'm just wondering what the effect would be if the center section was swapped end to end... the drivers side seems to be canted to the rear a smidge & you can see more threads on the drivers side tie rods in this pic and hardly any on the passenger side.
So if that cant were on the passenger side towards the front??
