Maybe they've changed their ways, but White Post used to mess up 9171s sent to them for restoration.
They'd use an aftermarket kit from a similar A body disc brake MC and the primary piston from the kit was too short.
Brake and Equipment Warehouse in Minneapolis are the go-to people to restore '9171s. :alan2cents:
I made them up engineering drawings of the pistons around 10 years ago,  and they make up correct pistons from them.  Kits for these haven't been available from aftermarket or OE sources for 30+ years.
