Does anyone have pics of a Challenger with the 15x7 slotted cop rims?  Black/body color/rallye silver?

Thanks!

Erik

What makes a steel wheel a 'cop' wheel?  :dunno:

The steel wheel with slots like the orange car above were mainly found on Cop cars  :dunno:

introduced in the mid-'70s as part of the Dodge/Plymouth POLICE/TAXI heavy duty components were 15x7.0" steel wheels w/6-slots and hub caps with many holes  :takealook:

versions without hub cap nubs were used on some passenger cars: Magnum GTs, Volare Super Coupes (15x8.0") and others

So no Challengers or 'cudas came with 'cop wheels'?

No, not from the factory. No E Bodies got "cop wheels", they did get "steel wheels" though

I'm considering a set of the 15x8 Magnum/Super Coupe rims... to run only tires (Hoosier DOT R7... 275-50-15... for certain road race events/classes... could be a huge advantage, especially with the Hoosiers!   One primary concern, however, is they are heavy in weight!
