Can't believe it only bid to $58,500.00     :notsure:             https://www.mecum.com/lots/PA0817-302787/1970-plymouth-aar-cuda/

While I was posting it sold $60,000.00  Still cheap.

Looking at the engine bay, I think $60k is about right.   :alan2cents:  It would take a lot of time and money to take that car to a higher level.

$60K is strong money for a non-numbers matching, automatic with a large amount of incorrect details. I would hate to see the underside :alan2cents:

Coming up in a few, non matching            https://www.mecum.com/lots/PA0817-294883/1970-dodge-challenger-ta/

                                    $42,500.00, no sale

Maybe I'm reading these wrong. Does "Correct T/A block" mean it's a numbers matching car or just has a non-numbers T/A block?

Either way....The detailing on this T/A is nicer, but the colour is less desirable....I guess it sells in the same $60K range.

My experience is that "Correct" means it's the correct year but not numbers matching. It's an attempt by car marketers to fool less savvy buyers into thinking it's the "real deal". See it all of the time. Some use "Original" to describe numbers matching but even that seems like they have something to hide. I prefer "numbers matching" if it is such.   :alan2cents:

Wow, I forgot all about the auction in Harrisburg, I was going to go. I
I know the t/a isn't a high impact color but over the years that green has grown on me, I kinda like it. my favorite will always be the fj5 on the aar or t/a, but then again, I kinda like them all.   :)

The T/A looks like a better car, but the color could be holding it back.  If it was my T/A I would not let it go for $42.5k.

               The 73 Challenger brought $29,500.00               https://www.mecum.com/lots/PA0817-302840/1973-dodge-challenger/

Seems like a fair price for that car.  Sure do like those stripes.   :inlove:
