Member in mokena?

Did I just meet another member in Mokena on 45 and 191st?

He said he had a 71 hemi cuda nearby.

There are (and was) lots of nice Mopars in Illinois. A lot of the high volume is attributed to Mr. Norms Grand Spaulding Dodge. I grew up in Southern Illinois and it is also a hotbed of Mopars. Used to be some strong Mopar clubs in Illinois but not so much anymore. I now live in Central Illinois and there are lots of nice cars here including several original Hemi cars.

The low mile loaded 71 hemi cuda that the original owner bought in high school was in Morris, which isn't far from Mokena. But he sold it a few years ago.  Other than that I can't recall any 71 hemi cudas in the Chicago area other than Tom Lembecks convertibles which are in Chicago.
You never know what's hiding out there though!
The Chicagoland Mopar Connection is still a pretty big club.
