Need Help on some parts ID

I found another box of parts in my Attica and came across these which I do not remember what they are for except the obvious--a chrome gas cap and a chrome PVC .

Part number looks early to me so my guess is mid to late 60's.

Thanks Cody--The gas cap is kind of small-I thinking maybe a Duster or Valiant ..
Did you ever see a PVC like this ?? Hemi maybe ??

the gas cap is in the '66 Parts Catalog as 1966 station wagon: Dodge C-body & Chrysler

the PCV valve fits a bunch of '65-'67 engines & HEMI up 'til '69 (chrome was used on performance engines)
