Redline Dog Dish Caps

Hello.I have seen the Dodge Redline Dog Dish Caps listed as aluminum and in stainless. What would have been used in 1970 on a Challenger? What years would have each been used? Any difference between them besides aluminum and stainless? Thanks.

Aluminum on 70s.  No real differences besides materials.
