Alan could slap that back together in an afternoon. A few of us grumpy old guys could slap the thief silly in about 10 minutes.

I doubt it.....they didn't bag and label all the nuts and bolts 

When they dumped out the bucket of bolts for the drama. I noticed regular hardware bolts also. Wonder if they scooped up the lot so they can then dump them out for camera.

Good thing they caught it in time, these bozos didn't even start on the interior yet.

I agree, if it were pros the car would already be in Latin America somewhere.

At least they didn't have to hunt down all the parts! but you know there will be damage on the parts that were removed!

20 or 30 years ago the insurance co. would total your car for a minor accident and if they did fix it they'd utilize questionable used parts from wherever to repair it.

no kidding. a buddy in the mid '90s had his fender dented in a parking lot .... insurance co totaled it, lol.
