under body deadener color

Hi folks, I am in the process of painting my 70 challenger RT and would like to know if the deadener outlined in the " Black out front end pdf" on the resources section is black or body color and is it applied to all four wheels wells.

Black always. All four wheel wells. Use a Body Schutz gun (like 3M 8997) and spray the undercoating that Resto Rick sells. Pretty much a direct copy of the factory undercoating.
