What are these horn parts?

These parts came with my used rim blow steering wheel. Any idea what they go to cause I don't think they go to the E body?

One on the left is the basic standard horn cap for 1970 A & B Bodies, and the other "could" be the bottom of a rim blow cap maybe ?
