What is this 1970 Barracuda Part??

Restoring and reassembling my 1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe.  Can't figure out what this part is for.  This is a 383/4 speed car.  The bracket seems to have been bolted thru the right hole and the left hole has a plastic ring inserted which must have allowed rotation.  This is my first post and not sure if the picture that I attached shows....it does not open for me to see in the preview.  Can anybody identify this for me?

It's part of the 4 speed set up.  It's the INTERLOCK LINKAGE BELLHOUSING BRACKET KIT BIG BLOCK
