Wiper parts

Any idea where the spacer or washers that don't have threads go on a wiper unit?

How about the nut that doesn't look like the three that mount the wiper unit? Where does that nut go?

The three sleeves go into the rubber insulators in the wiper motor that mount to the three studs in the firewall. The odd nut looks like the nut that attaches the wiper motor drive stud to the wiper linkage.
