But...

The fender tag looks suspicious.    I have never seen such random order of the options, and there are a few things here
that I've never seen listed on the fender tag such as the S83 rim blow wheel,    Also, if it has the A01 light group, the
individual lights are not going to be called out on the fender tag--   i.e, L11 glove box light

J31 dual horns were standard, would not show on fender tag.
C26 overhead console implies L75 low fuel light.

SPD is suspicious...  September 2 for a VIN that low?     

I have a 70 SE also and my tag doesn't read like this
