Wow has the market changed in the last two years.  I paid 36K for my 318 car.

If it's a solid body and has all the right convertible parts/trim, then 36k was a very good buy IMO.
Last year I looked at a couple of 71 Challenger convertibles that were in 35-45k range that wound up being perfumed pigs.
