Is that bumblebee stripe a decal like the hood treatment? It doesn't look bad but weren't the originals painted on with a glossy finish.

The bumble stripes were painted.  The tail panel isn't painted black except T/As.  Door panels had wood grain inserts except the first couple months of production, pretty sure they did by the time this car was built in October.  Rally dash got 3 speed wiper motor not 2 speed.  I'm sure if we work at it we could spot several dozen things wrong with this car, which is a shame as it shouldn't have cost much if anything more to do the car correctly.

FYI...I have found that wood grain was missing until cars built around the second week of November. Of course, SEs had wood grain on all.
