The seller made mention of that and  one quarter panel wheel lip area. Sounds like he is trying to be honest.

Saw the 96 Rock plate and immediately knew it was in Atlanta. Miss that radio station.

Doesn't look like too bad of a car at all. Throw a few extra thousand into it and get the rust fixed and it should last a long time.
