That one looks pretty good but does he have all the parts for it?

The bodywork on this car makes me feel a lot better about my own bodywork. From the clues, it looks like it was a 340 console auto. That's judging by the blackout-style taillight bezels & grill. I believe 340's got you that paint treatment despite NOT being an R/T. Is this true?
