they listed the header wrong, so not going to show up in a general internet search

Original 1970 Plymouth Superbird fiberglass rear window plug assembly including the glass and all the attaching clips. This 2901658 part number and Mopar logo confirm this is an original window plug assembly. It has not been damaged or modified and is a 'Barn Find' piece in all original condition with glass that is like new. Extremely rare and a must to replace on an original car or for a recreation of the Superbird. Will ship for actual cost but prefer local pickup.

The link is not a super bird window, It's a Challenger SE window & plug... It's a fairly good price but it's not a Superbird part in any way..

Pictures... The window thats for sale
A confirmed SE window
And a Superbird showing the back window..

The shape of the glass/plug seem different than a SE window ? No?  :notsure:

  what other Mopar used a rear window plug....?  :notsure:

Brads70

Need some of the expert parts numbers guys on here to decipher these part numbers?

C_B5

Agree with 1 Wild R/T that is an SE rear window.
Besides the wrong shape another indicator that it's not a Superbird rear window - the correct factory rear window plugs were steel NOT fiberglass on Superbirds.

If you click the link to the ad, it now says Challenger, but I agree with Brad, it doesn't look like Challenger either... :alan2cents:

I have yet to get a call back.  Sent some emails and contact.
Berthoud is an hour and a half from home and even closer to work so if he calls I'll go pick it up for the price he's asking now.

Not an SE plug. Challenger rear windows are 90 degree pretty much on the lower corners this plug is rounded. Not sure what it is, perhaps Imperial or something like that but it isn't a Challenger.

Also note, the exterior window trim is vinyl textured not polished stainless.

I should have looked closer, I agree...  Just knew it for sure wasn't a Superbird part....
