Asking $16k but what's it really worth?  It obviously needs a lot of metal work but it looks like most parts and trim are there.  Rebuilt motor adds some value.

Hmm: Hard to say, a person would have to see the receipts for the "rebuilt 340" and do a hands on all over the car I think. It looks better than a lot of them lately.
