It may be under driven because we have no idea of the compression ratio of the motor. Heck if you found a motor home 440 in good shape with low milage it would be a great candidate because they frequently were at a compression ratio of 8 to 1.

BTW, it's gone.

Ad states the car has "never been drag raced or abused".

so what is the purpose of having a blower if your not going to drag it?   Just to be pretty at car shows?

cool looking ride for sure!

It also states Dyer 8-71 which unless they changed they use to take a standard 4bbl manifold & bolt an adapter on top then mount the blower to the adapter.....   Yes you will build some boost but the restriction means you also build heat...... A serious blower install has a manifold with a big open plenum that the blower bolts directly to.....

Oh, then theres that big old pulley on the blower & by looking it seems pretty clear the crank pulley is smaller.... So the blower is under driven...

But hey thats allot of bling on top of your engine....
