198 slant six.

The fender tag is about as basic as they came

White exterior (no vinyl roof)
Black el-cheapo interior
3-speed manual transmission
A93 coupe package

Not even a radio!

The tag indicates it was delivered with NO options. Guy says he has had the car for twenty five years, motor and transmission were switched out before then. My dream car!!! But the original drive train is unfortunately, probably not around anymore.

Does not retain the radio block off plate if I am seeing correctly.

B0B cars are super rare.  At least I sure have not run across many of these in my hunting.

It should have had the radio block off plate and the original PS fender should not have been drilled for an antenna.

It would still have buckets because there was no column shift manual for E-bodies

Sadly some owner hacked into it to install something aftermarket.
