The owner, Gary, has had that car for sale for about that same price point for at LEAST 10 years ... if not more. I don't know if he has a "bucket list" of other stuff that he would like to do with the proceeds from the sale ... but if he wants to do them ... he's going to have to move off of that price point that he's stuck on. :alan2cents:
Cheers!

Tis' better to have owned classic Mopars and lost than to have never owned at all (apologies to Alfred Lord Tennyson)

Interesting how he paid little for it during the early 80's and he had no clue of the historical value.

He's taking this one to the grave with him.

So what does the claim to fame "first Hemicuda" add to the value above any other 70 Hemicuda ?

If a 70 Hemicuda is $XXX,XXX.XX this one should be $?

It's interesting that there is no rally dash.  Just a cyclops.

I figured this car had to be well known by yal.  Does anyone have the fender tag readout to share?
Does this car retain it's build sheets and window sticker?

Is there a thread on the car somewhere that shows some details?

Stunning, yet it always seemed odd to me that `Cuda didn't mandate the rallye cluster like the R/T did.

Plymouth was the economy brand and Dodge was a step up.

:iagree: it's all about "BASE PRICE" - the majority of the $102 difference between BS & JS BASE MSRP, is the $90 "rallye gauge cluster"
***** but I think the 'cuda got the better end of that deal with STANDARD: fog lights, rocker mouldings, belt mouldings & hood pins

and the Arizona ad placement is an attempt to capitalize on the MECUM & Barrett-Jackson auction crowd in AZ this month   :takemymoney:

They did a good job cutting off the production number on the fender tag picture.

Thanks for posting that up Dan!

Lots of crack smokin that seller is doing.

Be lucky to get $500k.
