That's a good deal. Although the rare panels do appear to be pretty damaged. 
I emailed, but it's hard to get Canadians to ship items so I doubt I will get a shot at them.

Connor is 25 miles south of windsor.  Would anyone be willing to pick em up? 
I have the opportunity to purchase them as I've talked to him but I need a way to get them shipped. 
He said he would ship them but I sure would like to have someone I trust stop by and do the deed.
Brad if your available for such a thing I'd make it worth your while.

forgive me, for I know not of the geography in your area.  Perhaps what I asked was out of the question.

So, not knowing your exact location, Brad, you could be 1000 miles away from Windsor.  But it appears that Windsor is the farthest southern part of Ontario.  So if he's 25 south of windsor it looks like he would be in  lake eerie.

 There have got to be some members nearby, or at least within an hour's drive.   It's about 220 miles one way for me and probably close to 300 for Brad.

Are any members truckers or essential workers that will be crossing the Ambassador Bridge?  Detroit is the largest, nearest city aside from Windsor

I'm in Barrie Ontario, it's like 4 hours driving plus the traffic of Toronto and GTA each way. Kinda far to drive.... end up being 5-6 hours each way.

Thanks Yal for considering it.  I wouldn't expect anyone to travel more than a half hour.  Maybe I'll land em.  I'm always looking for red parts.

I thought they were burnt orange, but now that you mentioned red....I guess they could be red...even harder to find

They are mine. I just have to work out the shipping or pick up. 
He said if someone can't pick em up for me that he is willing to ship them.
So, just a matter of who hits me up first. 
I am hoping there is a trucker around here that might be willing to do a pick up as that is all that they are allowing across that bridge.
