I'm a little confused how he wants 28K for the car.

Wish it had that M46 code.  I do like the options but there aren't a ton of rare options.

$28k for a BH 383?    That seems like an almost done and driving price, right?  So the rear windows don't roll down, is that why he want's so much?  Maybe I'm not seeing something.  Why is he asking $28k?

why do people use US spec. numbers for cars built for CANADA

I guess the 1 of 1 claim is - that it's the only one for sale today for $28K

I always say people can ask any price they wish for any car or car part.   That doesn't make them nuts, just too hopeful.   It is the buyer who has to be picky and not pay more than what its worth.
