If the anodizing was really nice on the valve covers, they might be the most valuable item. But I think I see some blemishes.

Pretty sure Chevy never had a 400 Magnum....That would be a 1974 Charger thing...

The valve covers don't belong on ANYTHING.  Anodized covers are the ugliest things I've ever seen...except maybe for Cragars.

yes, I mis-read that.  74 charger make sense. 

I have a chevy 400 emblem on my garage wall and the font looks very similar to that.
